From the North:

Take the Garden State Parkway South
Take the RT-70 exit, EXIT 88, toward Lakehurst / Lakewood / Brick Twp.
Merge onto RT-70 toward Lakewood / Manchester / Lakehurst.
Take the US-9 S ramp toward Toms River / Garden State Parkway South.
Turn right onto US-9 / Lakewood Rd.

From the South:

Take the Garden State Parkway North
Merge onto US-9 N/Lakewood Rd via EXIT 83 toward Pleasant Plains/Lakewood.
