The curriculum organizing framework is based on
Maslow's Theory of Basic Human Needs and Erickson's Theory of Grown
and Development. These theoretical models provide an
organizational format for the various program components and guide
the instructional and evaluation methodologies.
The nursing process is implemented utilizing 'wholistic'
approach in ensuring health promotion among patients, families and
communities through preventive, maintenance and restorative
strategies.
The graduates will demonstrate legal, ethical,
professional responsibility and accountability within the regulatory
framework of practical nursing practice.
The school is committed to produce graduates equipped
with the necessary theoretical and clinical knowledge to function as
practical nurses in a variety of health care settings. The
curriculum is designed to be academically sound, practice oriented
