A high school diploma or
high school equivalency diploma. (GED).
One of the following
criteria must be met:
A passing score with the
National League of Nursing Preadmission Examination for LPN as
required by the school.
SAT score of at least 540
for Verbal and 530 for Mathematics.
ACT score of at least 23
for English and 23 for Mathematics.
College Placement test
score of at lease 69 in Basic Math, 76 in Basic Algebra and an Essay
Score of 7 as certified by the college where testing has been
completed.
Earned an appropriate
Math and English class in a college or University within the United
States of America.
Completed baccalaureate
degree or higher from any accredited educational institution.
Official transcript of
records from post-secondary institution previously attended if
applying as a transfer student. International baccalaureate
graduates will need to present an evaluation of their degrees from
World Evaluation Services.
Must be able to meet
minimum fundamental abilities needed to perform activities
required to obtain credit for education and subsequent employment
in the field.
Registration for
Courses
The students may register for the
scheduled courses up to two weeks (10 working days) prior to the
start of classes. The following should be presented at the
time of registration:
Any valid picture identification
such as:
Valid US Driver's
License
Birth Certificate/Naturalization Certificate
Social Security Card
Passport (if applicable)
Non-refundable registration fee
of $50.
Tuition Fee initial
down-payment.
